Welcome back to another update at Lamgo Farms! Thank you so much for stopping by to see just what is happening with our Puppies, People and Plethora of farm animals. (Trying to switch from my traditional Faith, Family and furry friends lol! bet you didn’t think I could do it.)
For those who have followed me here for some time. . .first of all, thank you for coming back. . . you all know me well and how much I’m loving this season!
For those of you just now joining me here. . .welcome! I’m Sandi, mom of many (I know how many, just too tired to count) lover of all animals and COLD weather!! If you live anywhere near the Dallas area then you know we have dipped into a little winter here and there lately.
I AM LOVING IT is putting it mildly. It’s not just me. If you have a doodle, know a doodle, or have ever seen a doodle, then you probably know how much they love winter too. It just brings an extra spring to their step and in the older doods, it pulls out a little past puppy in them too.
I was nervous we wouldn’t see any fall or winter this year since I took the time to get coats for everyone. Well, our 8 children. . .everyone. Phil and I have those comfy old coats that we can never replace or renew. Once we start to freeze, we’ll consider an upgrade. But the last time I bought coats for the kids we never saw winter. Never even removed the price tags. So of course when I added hats and gloves this year, I pretty much thought we were doomed.
But I have hope! We are still in a fleeting Fall, but as I sit here watching the flickering of lights in our carved pumpkins, I sigh with relief that we’ve exited another hot Texas summer and my thoughts and feels of our Colorado days are calming. I think as you mature. . .wherever you are, Home is just a place in your heart rather than the space in which you live.
Winter brings on a new life here on the farm. Everything must be winterized. Pipes, water tanks, the duck pond, chicken coop, more hay for the horses. . .well, you get the picture. It’s a little extra work, but oh the beauty of it all. Dare I hope for snow?
Well, enough about the weather. That’s not why you’re here. PUPPIES!!! Oh we have lots and lots of new puppies. I am so excited. This is a busy season but we are well prepared. Everything is on a schedule and our routine is strong. So if you are unable to contact me lately, that is what I have been up to. Lots of puppies and children and school and a little time wondering in the winter.
We do have litters already reserved, however, since I have just now settled our lists with those double listed, we may have a few open spots for our puppies going home in December. Shoot me an email or text if you are ready for a doodle of your own.
I know I have had numerous past clients who have contacted me this week for anther doodle. If you have not heard back from me in a timely manner- please send me a reminder. Past owners are always at the top of my main list.
Now a note about the Holiday schedule! Our current litters are going home between Dec 5-13th. For those desiring a puppy going home for Christmas- we are opening up 6 spots for an extended stay group that will be going home December 23. Shoot me an email or message if you would like further information.
One last thing before I let you go. October is not only Fall, pumpkins and all things sweet. . .it is also a time of year when we recognize Pregnancy and Infant loss. Yes, we are nearing the end of Pregnancy and Infant Loss awareness month. In focusing on this special group, I want to add a link to my book, “Twenty-Seven Hours of Will” the story of our journey of grief after the death of our son.
The link between puppies and our grief journey is a big one. It was that loss that propelled me into our doodle program. For those who come to us during a hard time in life- I get it. This time of year can also be especially difficult. I may be busy, but I am always here if you ever need someone to listen, support you or pray for you. There is always time for that.

2020 Breeding
Parker Pockets
Parker delivered her puppies on October 6th. She has 3 girls and 2 boys. The girls are the Purple, Pink and Turquoise collars. The boys are black and Green. Little black collar boy is the smallest and has a curly coat. This litter goes home December 5th.
What’s Happening Now:
These sweet babies are now 3 weeks old! They are walking and talking and spending a little more time awake and playing. Last week they received their first preventative deworming. This is the first in a series of three.
They are already in the early stages of potty training as they move from their bedding to the potty pad.
This week is when we introduce them to their first food, gruel. This is our mixture of our premium puppy food, milk replacer, nutritional supplement and warm water all blended together to an oatmeal consistency. They love it! They’ll receive gruel once a day right now and eventually twice a day while mama is still nursing.
What Happens Next:
The greatest growth I feel happens between weeks 3 and 4. We will see them walking around more and even playing with toys and each other.
Week 4- directions to the farm (for those coming to pick up) and puppy picking instructions will be emailed.
Week 5- Temperament testing will be conducted and results will be emailed the Wednesday prior to puppy picking.

Ruby / Burton medium
Golden English Sheepie Doodles
Ruby delivered 1 girl and 2 boys October 9th. Absolutely beautiful coats! The little black girl has white on her chest and chin like her mama. With the fading Sheep dog genetics, most likely she will also fade to gray. The little girl and the orange collar boy are available. Puppies will go home December 5th.
What’s Happening Now:
Oh these babies are absolutely adorable! Obviously, I’m in love with them as I’m keeping the little black collar boy. These babies will have a long, thick and wavy teddybear coat. I can’t wait to watch them grow!
Right now they would normally be eating gruel, but with only three puppies, they are getting more than enough nutrition without depleting their mama of her nutrition. We will wait another week to introduce gruel to them.
This last week they received their first preventative deworming. This is the first in a serious of three.
What Happens Next:
During week 4 we will see them moving around more while playing with both each other and with some toys. Of course, with that thick frame and big tummies, they will waddle a little more than walk. But we will see them walk and run soon enough.
Week 5: Temperament testing will be conducted and results will be emailed at week 6.
This litter will not have an official puppy picking as puppies will be chosen when deposits are placed.
Puppies will go home December 5th.
Ethel / Samson
F2b Mini Double Doodles
(red/apricot/possibly black) wavy cotton and wire coats. Ethel delivered 1 girl (dark pink collar) and 6 boys on October 14th. This litter will be going home December 11th and 12th. The pink girl is going as the first pick of the litter.

What’s Happening Now:
Friends, I am just so in love with these babies! Ethel is just the most beautiful sweet soul and Samson is our little English baby that melted our hearts. These coats are the most beautiful colors. I can’t wait to see them grow out.
Every single one of these babies has that english blocky face we all love. I cannot wait for all eyes to be wide open for you to see.
This week (week 2) they received their first preventative deworming. There will be another two before they go home.
Right now they are starting the process of potty training but still spending a lot of time nursing and sleeping.

Charmin / Paddington F3 Mini Goldendoodles
Charmin delivered 6 girls and 3 boys on October 15. Puppies will be going home December 11th and 12th. The boys are the orange, yellow and black collars. All others are girls.
Charmin is one of our Duke/Daphne puppies with a beautiful soft cotton non shedding coat. She gives us a variety of colors: (apricot, cream and peanut butter colors- wavy coats).
What’s Happening Now:
Oh just look at these babies! You know I’m a sucker for anything with a Duke and Daphne line. (They are the grandparents to these babies). Eyes are just about all open and they are even starting to walk and talk for us.

Jasmine “Red”/Beans
F1b Red Petite Teddybear Goldendoodles
Jasmine delivered her 9 puppies on October, 19. 4 girls and 5 boys. These are F1bb Petite Goldendoodles. Matures between 16-20 lbs. A few may be smaller. Puppies will be going home Monday, December 14th. For those needing to travel over the weekend, we can schedule appointments on Sunday, December 13th.
Welcome letters are on their way. I know I’ve been in contact with many of you already. The welcome letter will outline all the dates, what to expect over the next 7 weeks and a suggested supply list.
Right now all eyes and ears are closed. They use their sense of smell to locate mama. They spend their time nursing and sleeping next to mama.
We will start to see those first eyes opening around day 14. Once all eyes are open, I’ll post individual pictures on our Facebook page and right here.

Rosita / Paddington
Pocket and petite English Goldendoodles
(Mostly red, peanut butter or apricot). Wavy coats, more blocky face. Most will be the pocket size 8-15 lbs. A few end up Petite 16-18 lbs.

An unscheduled breeding has been completed. Pregnancy will be confirmed via ultrasound either this Friday or early next week. Picking list will be updated next week once we confirm pregnancy.
Snowflake / Burton
F1 English Creme Mini Goldendoodles
(cream, peanut butter) Wavy coats. Snowflake has completed her inseminations. Pregnancy will be confirmed via ultrasound later this week or early next week. If expecting, puppies would go home late January. Snowflake’s list will be updated once pregnancy is confirmed.

2021-22 Breeding Lineup
Deposits will not be accepted until after January 1st 2021. Pictures of parents and past puppies will be posted in a few weeks. Our Spring/Summer 2021 lineup has puppies going home between May and August 2021. We will be adding our Fall 2021 lineup after the first of the year.
Poppins / Banks F1 Moyen Sheepadoodles (white and black) Currently on cycle. We will skip this cycle and breed the next. Next cycle scheduled for mid to late January. Pups would go home around May 2021. 8 picking spots. Currently on cycle. We will skip this cycle and breed in January. List: Lamgo Farms is reserving the first pick. 2nd pick: Smith
Maybelline / Beans F1b Petite Labradoodles ( black, red and apricot) Wavy thinner more wire coats. Currently on cycle. We will skip this cycle and breed her next which is due Feb 2021. Pups would go home around June 2021. 8 picking spots. First picking spot reserved.
Chaquita / Burton F2bb Red English Mini Goldendoodles (red, peanut butter, some cream or apricot). Wavy coats, more blocky face. Cycle expected around March 2021. Pups would go home around July 2021. First pick: Chandler- first pick
Lina / Banks F1 Standard Sheepadoodles (Mostly black with a few white markings) Wavy coats. Next breeding Cycle expected in March/ April 2021. Pups would go home around July/ August 2021. First pick reserved.
Boston / Paddington F2b Petite Goldendoodles. (red/ peanut butter) wavy and curly coats. Cycle expected in April 2021. Pups would go home around August 2021. -McKay, Harris
As you can see, we normally have the same schedule each year. Our dogs typically breed every other cycle. However, sometimes cycles run early or late so this can alter our schedule. Occasionally we will do a back to back breeding and then rest our mama a little longer. It all depends on our mama’s, their health, and our schedule.

What breedings to you have coming up? Please scroll back Up for current and upcoming litters (scroll down for more future litters) to the “Next Season’s Breeding Schedule” to see what will be bred and what picking spots are open.
How do I know if you have any open picking spots in a particular litter? Scroll until you see your desired litter. Any available picking spots will be listed as “open.”
How do I reserve a picking spot? Complete the contact form located at the end of each litter. Then make your deposit payment by choosing the PUPPY DEPOSIT button under the litter in which you wish to reserve your picking spot. For litters not yet listed please Email me at goldendoodles@lamgofarms.com with “deposit” in the subject line. Note which litter and number on the picking spot you prefer that is listed as open. Include your name, mailing address, phone number and any preferences you may have for your puppy.
Are Deposits refundable? Unfortunately, due to the high demand of our puppies, we no longer refund deposits for any reason. If for some reason we do not have enough puppies born to provide for every owner- your deposit can be transferred to your next desired litter. The $250 is a picking spot reservation. This also helps us weed out those who are not serious about taking home one of our puppies.
Do you have any paperwork we need to complete? Since our puppies are Reserved almost a year in advance- we will spend that time getting to know each of you and will be offering the proper education to make sure you are fully prepared to bring home your puppy. When placing a deposit, please include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and any preferences you may have. Once you place your deposit, I will email you your purchase contract which also serves as your receipt. You will need to sign and email this back to me. You will also receive a suggested supply list as well as our Health Warranty. The Health Warranty is not due back until 30 days after you take your puppy home.
Do you choose the puppy for us or can we choose our own puppy? *** COVID-19: All pickings will be conducted virtually at this time. You will be asked to visit the Farm at your puppy picking appointment and will be given an hour to choose your puppy. The choice is yours. Please understand that we cannot guarantee gender availability. When it comes to our donated therapy/service dogs, we will choose the top two for you and then you can make your choice out of those.
Can we visit Lamgo Farms for allergy testing or just to see the dogs? *** COVID-19: All pickings will be conducted virtually at this time.Every puppy owner that has placed a deposit is invited to the farm between weeks 5 and 6 for a puppy picking appointment. If unable to attend- we can send extra video and pictures or FaceTime the appointment. Unfortunately- we do not allow other visitors due to the health risk for our puppies and dogs as well as for the safety of our family. If you wish to have allergy testing- it’s best to find a doodle owner and see if you can tolerate that particular generation of doodle. We have several pictures, video as well as slide shows showing our grounds, parents and past puppies. You may also visit our Facebook page and join our open forum to communicate with any of our past owners about their experience with Lamgo Farms. We welcome your questions!
Do you do temperament testing? Yes, all puppies are tested at week 5 and the results are emailed prior to your puppy picking appointment.
Do you take weekly pictures of your puppies? Yes, The first week is simply a group photo but individual pictures are taken weekly starting at week 2. Video is taken weekly starting at week 3 and concludes at week 7.
Are your puppies socialized? Yes! We now have 8 children. Ages 24, 20, 18, 16, 12, 4, 3 and 2 yrs old. We homeschool and are able to hold, socialize using sensory stimulation as well as play with and cuddle your puppy several times a day which prepares them for any home environment.
When do the puppies come home? Puppies are ready to go home on the Saturday between weeks 7 and 8.
Do you have a Health Warranty? Yes, Lamgo Farms has a 1 year warranty over hips and eyes.
Do you Health Test your Breeding dogs? Some are OFA tested but not all. After consulting an Animal Orthopedic doctor- we learned that these tests do not offer the assurance that puppies will not have hip issues. A good line of breeding stock along with cross breeding and proper care of the puppy will protect and prevent hip issues.
Do you allow boarding after the release date of the puppy? Unfortunately, we are unable to keep your puppy past the pick up date. You will be notified within 24 hours after the birth as to your picking appointment time as well as puppy pick up date/time/information. This will allow you at least 7 weeks to make pick up arrangements. Pick up is on a Saturday a 10 am. We do sometimes offer a Friday pick up by appointment. Lamgo Farms is closed on Sundays and cannot do picking appointments or pick up appointments at that time.
Do you fly puppies out of state? At this time, we only fly pet cargo during the months of November through May. Our summer months are too hot to fly. Flying is an additional $450. We use both Flight Nannies (for dogs that stand no taller than 11 inches) and pet cargo flights. We can fly during the off season with Flight Nannies only.
What is included in the price of the puppy? An awesome Lamgo Farms PUPPY. . . complete puppy packet: First set of shots, Crate, potty training bells, nutritional supplement, toys, treats, scented blanket from littermates, training material, folder with health records, Vet check prior to going home, pedigree, etc, emailed photo collage of your puppy as well as a 10 lb bucket of premium puppy food that will last a few months.
What is your pricing? Sales Tax is included in the price.
WE will be having a price increase after January 1, 2021. Those already on a 2021 list will be able to have 2020 pricing.
Double Doodles (mini Labradoodle/mini goldendoodle cross): $2,100
Labradoodles (Petite): $2,100
Goldendoodles (Standard, Medium and miniature): $2,100
Goldendoodles (Petite): $2,100 (Starting 1/1/2021- $2300)
Goldendoodles (Pocket): $2,400 (Starting 1/1/2021- $2600)
Sheepadoodles (Standard): $2,100 (Starting 1/1/2021 – $2300)
Do you offer discounts: Yes, we offer a $150 discount for our Military owners. Verification of service is required. Once a year we also offer donation dogs for those medically requiring therapy or service dogs. Please email me your circumstance and we will pray and ask God for the answer. We have a medical form that needs to be completed by a doctor to qualify for service needs.
Do you have a Spay/Neuter clause? Yes. All of our puppies are sold with our contract stating all males must be neutered before 5 months old and females must be spayed before 6 months old. We no longer sell for breeding purposes. Puppies not fixed by the requested time frames will void the Health Warranty.
What sets Lamgo Farms apart from other Goldendoodle breeders? First, having 16 years experience in breeding Goldendoodles- we have learned quite a bit about what to breed to create the perfect doodle for every coat type and personality desired as well as our dedication to each litter. Living on a farm and homeschooling allows us to constantly lay hands on the puppies and give them the ultimate care they need and you desire in a breeder. We care greatly for our puppies and owners and strive to give that personal touch to every one and puppy that comes our way. We also trust God to give us the perfect puppy you desire. We pray over every breeding and puppy and are genuinely blessed with the ability to raise these fluffy friends.
